Whitelight Image Photography retains copyright to all images. Full unlimited non-exclusive usage of all images for a single listing is granted from time of image delivery to 30 days beyond the receipt of the invoice.

If the invoice is not paid in full after 30 days of receipt, all image usage is revoked until the invoice is fully paid and the invoice is subject to late fees. Any unlicensed usage of images is subject to fines for copyright violation.

Upon full payment of the invoice, full unlimited non-exclusive usage of images is granted until the listing is sold or in the case of builder/architect full unlimited non-exclusive usage of images is granted for promotional purposes.

After the listing is sold, the agent is allowed continued full non-exclusive usage of all images for promotional purposes.

Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the start time) are subject to a $120 cancellation fee.

Whitelight Image Photography has the right to require full payment of the invoice before any usage rights are granted.
